CERATI
MSP’s flagship project is called Cerati. It is a vast mixed-use development spanning 43 hectares in Mati City. It is comprised of Cerati Linear Park and Teravento Residences.
TERAVENTO
MSP’s Teravento is a collaboration between public and private sectors. This project will include both residential and commercial spaces.
SOLLUNA
MSP’s Soluna is a mixed-used development project, consisting of high-end condominiums and mansionettes.
